All listed prices are shown in £ (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. 

The prices on our website are always current and will display any valid sales, discounts or reductions at any time. Our prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time. 

All prices are inclusive of any VAT. 

If delivery charges are applicable on your order, you will be informed of the total delivery charge prior to your order being processed. Please note the delivery price before making payment. We do not refund delivery charges, and you will be responsible for paying for delivery costs when sending items back. 

Payment for goods and any applicable delivery charges can be made using the following methods of payment; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. 

If you choose to pay in a currency different from your local currency, please note that your bank or card issuer may charge a currency transaction fee.

Chaos Realm Prints offers Klarna as a payment option for purchases. Klarna (Financial Services UK Limited, 10 York Road, London, England, SE1 7ND, United Kingdom) offers various payment plans based on customer credit scoring and financial information that the customer provides when applying for Klarna payments. 

When using Klarna’s services, you’re covered through Klarna’s Buyer Protection policy. Klarna will evaluate your ability to pay by assessing the available customer provided information to ensure responsible lending. Klarna will not perform a credit check when signing up to use Klarna or downloading their official Klarna app.

To place an order with Chaos Realm Prints, you must supply us with required personal information for us to be able to fulfil your order. By providing your information, you agree for us to use your data to fulfil your order. 

The personal information which you are required to provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. 

We shall use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Chaos Realm Prints offers a subscription service that provides subscribers with five (5) mystery resin miniatures each month until customer or provider cancels the subscription. 

Subscriptions are only valid if paid by the customer at point of sale. These miniatures may vary in theme, size, and style and are selected at our discretion. 

Subscription payments are taken monthly on the date you originally subscribed. By enrolling, you authorise Chaos Realm Prints to automatically charge your chosen payment method each month until the subscription is cancelled. 

If a payment fails, we may pause or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. 

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Payments already processed cannot be refunded. 

Monthly subscription miniatures are dispatched within 5 business days after the monthly billing date. Shipping follows the same delivery conditions outlined in 'Delivery' section. 

Delays caused by couriers or postal services are outside of our control. 

Each monthly set will contain five unique miniatures. Duplicate items may occur across different months but will not be repeated within the same monthly shipment. Miniatures in subscription boxes may include early-release models, exclusive sculpts, or standard catalogue items. 

The same damage-reporting requirements outlined in 'Damage & Returns' apply to subscription miniatures. Damaged pieces will be replaced if reported correctly and within 48 hours of delivery. 

Replacements may be the same sculpt or a similar alternative depending on stock availability. Subscription miniatures are considered custom mystery products and are non-returnable. Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. 

Chaos Realm Prints reserves the right to adjust the content, themes, or pricing of the subscription service. Any changes will be announced via our website and/or email before taking effect.

Continued subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Chaos Realm Prints offers one off mystery miniature packs, available in various bundle sizes which can include both standard-sized and large miniatures depending on selected product. 

These packs are selected at random and may feature a mix of creatures or characters. All items in mystery packs are chosen at our discretion and may include previously released, unreleased, test-print, or exclusive models. Duplicate miniatures may occur across separate one-off purchases. 

Large miniatures may be included depending on the pack purchased, though availability may vary. Mystery miniature packs are considered custom, blind-box products and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the items arrive damaged or significantly differ from the product description.

We ship to many countries worldwide. Each product listing includes its own estimated processing or dispatch timeframe, as some items require additional preparation or printing time. 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier used. Chaos Realm Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

When reporting damaged or faulty items from Chaos Realm Prints, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Your message must include clear photos or videos showing: 

• The damaged product from multiple angles. We will not accept one photo, to speed the process, sending us a video will be helpful.

• The original packaging, including shipping labels and any visible external damage must be included in the video and/or photos. 

We will provide a replacement if damage occurred during transit and adequate proof is submitted within the required timeframe. We will not provide a replacement without proof of damage. Requests made after the 48-hour window may not qualify for a replacement. 

Customers are responsible for returning any products to us, including items reported as damaged. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated or required by law. 

Chaos Realm Prints will provide the required details on how to return products. Items must be returned using appropriate packaging to prevent further damage during transport. 

Failure to return the item when requested may result in the claim being denied. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the product description. Mystery subscription items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Please keep all original packaging materials until your claim is fully processed. Missing or discarded packaging may prevent us from approving a replacement request.

Chaos Realm Prints is not responsible for injuries, damage, or issues arising from misuse, improper handling, or unsafe storage of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question. 

Chaos Realm Prints are also not liable for any third party payment schemes such as Klarna and PayPal Pay-in-3 plans. Chaos Realm Prints are also not liable for any third-party websites privacy policies, data handling and payments. 

Chaos Realm Prints will only direct you to official Chaos Realm Prints channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Etsy. If you are directed to another third-party website via Chaos Realm Prints and believe to be suspicious, please email chaosrealmprints@gmail.com

Products from Chaos Realm Prints (including resin-printed miniatures) are intended as display pieces or hobby items. 

The products are not toys, and are unsuitable for children under 10. 

Our items are produced using photopolymer resin, which can be hazardous if mishandled or ingested. Please follow these safety guidelines: 

• Avoid direct skin contact with uncured or broken resin pieces.

• If contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical attention if irritation continues.

• Keep all items out of reach of children and pets.

Resin miniatures are delicate and can break if dropped or handled roughly. Broken pieces may have sharp edges, please handle with care. 

Chaos Realm Prints accepts no liability for injuries, harm, or damage resulting from incorrect handling, modification, or misuse of our products.
