Overview
At Chaos Realm Prints, every item is crafted with care using high-quality resin and 3D printing processes.
Due to the custom nature of our products, most items are not eligible for return, but we will always work with you if something arrives damaged or incorrect. Please read the full policy below before making a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly. When reporting damage, please include:
Clear photos/videos of the damaged miniature(s) from several angles
Photos of the original packaging, showing the shipping label and any external damage
Your order number This information helps us assess transit damage and process your claim efficiently.
For replacements, if the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item. Replacements may be the same miniature or a similar alternative depending on stock availability. Replacements requested after 48 hours may not qualify.
Customer Responsibility for Returning Items
In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged or incorrect product to us for inspection. Customers are responsible for:
Covering the cost of return postage (unless required otherwise by law)
Returning the item in suitable packaging to prevent further damage
Sending the item back within the timeframe provided once the return is approved
Failure to return the item when requested may result in denial of the replacement claim. Please ensure you keep all original packaging until the claim is fully resolved.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Because our products are custom-made using resin 3D printing, most purchases are final sale. The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Mystery Miniature Packs (one-off mixes of 2, 5, 10, including large variants)
Monthly Subscription Miniatures
Custom or made-to-order items
Any item that has been used, modified, painted, or altered
These items can only be replaced if they arrive damaged and the claim is submitted correctly within 48 hours.
Standard Returns (Non-Damaged Items)
We do not accept returns for change of mind, unwanted items, or dissatisfaction with the theme or style of mystery items.
Packaging Requirements
Please keep your original shipping box, packing material, and any bubble wrap or bags until your return or damage claim is resolved. Missing packaging may result in us being unable to approve your claim.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in situations where:
A replacement cannot be provided
We are legally required to provide one
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
